Due to the perishable nature of our products (food items like honey), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or after the product has been opened or used.

Natural crystallization of honey is a normal process and does not constitute a defect.

You must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
For damaged items, please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for faster processing.
