We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of placement (excluding holidays and weekends).
Orders placed after 12 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods and Partners
We partner with reputed courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, or similar reliable logistics providers.
Standard shipping is used for all orders unless express options are offered at checkout (if available).
3. Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Metro Cities & Major Towns: 3-7 business days
Rest of India: 5-10 business days
Remote or Hilly Areas: 10-15 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to location, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹200 (if applicable) or during promotional periods.
Flat-rate or zone-based shipping charges will apply to other orders.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or octroi are included or shown separately at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your order using the link provided or on the courier's website.
6. Delivery Address and Responsibility
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Re-delivery or address correction fees (if any) charged by the courier will be borne by the customer.
Someone should be available to receive the package. Failed deliveries may result in the package being returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us within 15 days of the dispatch date.
